1. Service

rulepact ("we", "us") is a comment moderation SaaS that fetches comments from a YouTube channel you own and deletes those that match keyword rules you have explicitly created. You may only connect channels you own or are authorized to moderate.

2. Account & authorization

You authorize rulepact to call the YouTube Data API on your behalf using the youtube.force-ssl scope. You may revoke this authorization at any time from inside the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Acceptable use

  • You will only connect channels you own or are authorized to moderate.
  • You are responsible for the keyword rules you create. We do not pre-screen comments independently of the rules you have explicitly defined.
  • You will not use rulepact to harass, target, or suppress lawful speech of users on channels you do not own.

4. Quota & rate limits

The YouTube Data API enforces a daily quota (10,000 units / project / day). rulepact throttles fetches and deletions to stay within this quota. Brief delays in moderation actions during quota exhaustion are expected service behavior.

5. Billing (token credits)

rulepact uses a prepaid token credit model. Tokens are consumed when rulepact deletes a comment or runs a bulk scan. Credits do not expire. Refund policy: see [email protected].

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

rulepact is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every spam comment will be detected or that no comment will be incorrectly deleted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

2. 계정 및 인증

rulepact 은 사용자의 동의 하에 youtube.force-ssl scope 으로 YouTube Data API 를 호출합니다. 권한은 앱 내 "연결 해제" 버튼 또는 myaccount.google.com/permissions 에서 언제든 취소 가능합니다.

3. 허용 / 금지 사용

  • 본인 소유 또는 모더레이션 권한이 있는 채널에만 연결.
  • 정의한 키워드 룰의 결과 (삭제 대상) 에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. rulepact 은 룰과 무관하게 독립적으로 댓글을 검열하지 않습니다.
  • 소유하지 않은 채널의 사용자에 대한 괴롭힘 / 표현 억압 목적으로 본 서비스를 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 쿼터 / 속도 제한

YouTube Data API 는 일일 quota (10,000 unit / project / day) 를 강제합니다. rulepact 은 이 quota 안에서 동작하도록 fetch / 삭제 빈도를 자동 조절합니다. quota 도달 시 모더레이션 액션이 일시 지연될 수 있습니다.

5. 결제 (토큰 충전)

rulepact 은 prepaid 토큰 충전 모델을 사용합니다. 토큰은 댓글 삭제 / 일괄 스캔 시점에 소비되며 만료 기한은 없습니다. 환불 정책 문의: [email protected].

6. 면책 / 책임 한도

rulepact 은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 모든 스팸 댓글의 탐지 또는 오삭제 0건을 보장하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서 rulepact 의 총 책임 한도는 사용자가 청구 발생 직전 12개월간 rulepact 에 지급한 금액 합계로 제한됩니다.

7. 종료

사용자는 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 본 약관 또는 관련 법령 위반 시 rulepact 은 계정을 정지/해지할 수 있습니다.
